We figured that it was a good time for a last trip before summer was over. We drove from Portland to Sacramento the first night. We got stuck in a traffic jam for about an hour not too far out of Portland. About 10 miles and 1 hour later, we got to the outlet mall and saw they were having a sidewalk sale. People were parking on the side of the Interstate. As we left our hotel in Sacramento this morning, Hannah kept saying how excited she was.
We didn't plan on actually go into the park today because our annual passes technically aren't supposed to work until tomorrow. When we got to the hotel, we checked in and went to Downtown Disney. After a snag at security, we walked around for awhile and decided to see if we could get into the park. To our surprise, we got right in. We got to see the Street Party parade. Hannah got to ride most of her favorites: Dumbo, the Teacups, Its a Small World. We topped off the night by watching the firework show and had fun trying to get out after. There were so many people.
