Summertime at our house isn't full of lots of activities but we try to stay moderately busy. Jason and my work schedules don't really allow for us to get too crazy but we try to find things to do.
This was the most peaceful 10 minutes of the day. Chase loves the Xbox and Bryce likes to do what Chase does so it works out okay.
Behind Microchip are a ton of Blackberry bushes. Grandpa Bourgeous calls it "The Garden of Eden". We go every August and pick a ton and then eat them in cobbler or pie or straight out of the container.

Sarah and Cassidy were our neighbors from our old neighborhood and we just don't get to see them like we used to. We promised the girls a night out and we had such a nice time with them at Olive Garden and strollin Craft Warehouse.
I don't remember what was baking but Hannah was impatient apparently. She gets this from the Bourgeous family. We allllllll do this.
Chase has been walking with me in the mornings. We walk and jog and walk and jog. It's felt so good to get out every morning and breathe fresh air. I kinda get into a funk in my daily routine of kids and work so I found this has really been helping.
Bryce mastered the slide this summer!
Another picture from our walk. It was chilly and misting rain. Love it!
